Session 1
Draw It Out: The magic of the metaphor
Join for an interactive drawing-for-wellness session where you will be guided through prompts - a bit like yoga or meditation, but with crayons. You’ll learn about the magical metaphor and how we all have the wisdom within; we just need the space to listen. Liability disclaimer: The intention of this session is not therapy; rather self-care and self-reflection. You will be guided to draw out where you are at and draw out your own inner guidance.
