Access to Justice This session will cover access to justice in the U.S., including wrestling with why it is important as a matter of racial justice and the extent to which it exists for those unable to afford it, describing efforts by the organized American Jewish community to contribute to closing the justice gap, and closing with considerations for New Zealand in this time of budget austerity.
